The line between counselling and coaching is sometimes blurry. While coaching tends to focus on the present and the future, counselling is a therapeutic process that also helps the individual to analyse and come to terms with their past. Reflecting on the past is beneficial for most and necessary for others in order to advance in life.

Past events that haven’t been processed or have been wrongfully interpreted can hold you back from achieving your goals. Counselling provides a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space where you can share your past events that may carry a multitude of emotions including shame, anger or sadness.

How Does It Work?

Step 1
Contact Me

If you would like to schedule the first meeting, please fill the expression of interest form in the contact page. I will then contact you to schedule our first meeting.

Step 2
The First Meeting

In the first meeting, we will discuss your current situation and how either counselling or coaching can help.

Step 3
Show Commitment

The minimum commitment after the first session is three sessions. Change happens over time, and showing up and enduring challenges is part of the process.

Step 4
Get the Results

You will notice the benefits of sharing your issues in a safe place with a professional that can support you. Improvements will be evident once you apply the skills learned throughout the counselling sessions.
