Initial Consultation


Each session is 50 minutes long.

Our first meeting will provide an opportunity for us to get to know each other, to see if we are a good fit, and for you to ask any questions about the process.

Sessions can take place face-to-face or online.

Once we have completed our first consultation session, a minimum commitment of 3 sessions is required in order to receive my services.

*Please note: Fees will increase in the future in line with my levels of experience and expertise. This will not affect clients who have already paid for a certain number of sessions.

Contact Me

If you would like to book an initial consultation, please fill the expression of interest in the contact page. I will review your enquiry and get back to you within a few days.

Step 3

Book Your First Session

Before our first meeting, I will send you an agreement to review and sign. I will also send you the link to my booking system or organise a quick phone call to find a suitable time for our session.

Step 4

Commit to the Process

Change happens over time. If you decide to receive 3 coaching or counselling sessions, please show up on time and be open to receiving feedback and support.

Step 5

Get Results

As our therapeutic relationship unfolds, you will be able to notice the benefits of having increased your self-awareness and having applied new skills to improve your life.
