Performance coaching is about developing different skills to help maximise productivity and fast-track results. We often think that we don’t have the time to achieve more in life. I take on a holistic approach to performance coaching by using the biopsychosocial model. We will look at your biology, psychology and relationships because they all affect your performance. My extensive training and passion for this topic equipped me with the tools to rely on until the desired outcomes can be achieved.

Men, in particular, tend to be very goal-oriented. They can be unstoppable once they have a clear vision for themselves with exciting goals and defined action steps. My goal as a coach is to help you discover what you want and how to achieve it. In the process, we will identify and address fears, self-limiting beliefs, unhealthy habits, and inefficient systems.

Furthermore, since success is not achieved in solitude, we will work on your communication and leadership skills. You will learn how to use psychology to lead and enrol others into your vision. If after our first session you decide to proceed with coaching, we will have three sessions where I can support you towards achieving your goals.

You will see how your life will change once you become more self-aware and apply new skills. After the 3 sessions you can decide if you want to purchase three more or if you are happy to terminate.
